The idea of most Nu' Al-Kalima products is based on a policy of execution upon request, and therefore the customer has no right to cancel or modify orders containing customization after starting execution. They only have the right to cancel or modify before printing the product (a fee of 20 riyals per file will be deducted for file execution, in addition to additional service fees such as adding personal images). This excludes cases of an error in the order or a defect in printing, so if there is any defect, such as: non-colored printing, missing pages, page repetition, etc., the customer has the right to receive a new copy or a refund of the product's value. Also, cups cannot be returned or exchanged after receiving them from the shipping company, to preserve the quality and safety of the product. Please ensure your choice before completing the order. The value of canceled or returned orders will be transferred within a week of submitting the cancellation or return request. We also note that if the order has been shipped to the customer and not received, and it returns to the store, the customer bears the cost of reshipping the order if they wish to receive the product again. If a month passes without receipt, the store is not responsible for the shipment.
